Creative Power

We’re Fortuna Major Creative Co.
We support healers, organizers, artists, storytellers, and cultural catalysts in bringing their creative visions to life.

Our True North

We dream of constellations of care.

Each part of our constellation takes a different form—an independent press, a pop-up bookstore, a healing arts practice, a creative hub—but they’re all oriented toward the same thing: cultivating a more just, liberated future.

Crip Futures: A Disability Pride Zine | Print Edition
from $6.00

Disability Pride Month traces back to 1990, when the Americans with Disabilities Act became law and the first Disability Pride Day was held in Boston. What began as a single day has grown into a global movement rooted in resistance, care, and collective imagination.

Crip Futures is part of that lineage.

This collection gathers disabled artists, writers, scholars, and activists imagining worlds shaped by access, intimacy, and liberation—on our own terms. These are not distant futures. They are already within us.

This print edition of the collection is a saddle-stiched literary zine made on 5×7” uncoated 80lb paper that is 100% recycled.

Price transparency:
It costs $4 to print this zine. Our sliding scale pre-orders range from $6-$15. For every purchase on that sliding scale, a minimum of $1 and a maximum of $5 will be sent to Sins Invalid. The remaining funds are used to support Fortuna Major Press’s operations.

Hearts Have Paths to One Another (دل به دل راه دارد): Writers Against the Bombing of Iran Literary Zine, Print Edition
from $6.00

On June 22, 2025 the United States Air Force and Navy attacked three nuclear facilities in Iran as part of the Iran–Israel war, under the code name Operation Midnight Hammer. In response, Fortuna Major Press launched a flash submission campaign on The Catalyst for writers who are firmly against the United States’ destruction of the SWANA region and deliberate dehumanization of Black, Brown, and Indigenous lives globally.

The title of the zine “دل به دل راه دارد” is a common Iranian saying roughly translating to “hearts have paths to one another” or “hearts connect to each other” in English. The saying is pronounced del be del rah dareh. As a collective of creatives, our hearts connect to our kindred in Iran and others across the SWANA region impacted by empire, colonialism, and other violence.
